Do you accept insurance?
I'm private pay only and do not bill insurance directly. I provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What happens during the free consultation?
It's a low-key 15-minute call. You share what's been going on, ask any questions you have, and we get a feel for whether working together is a good fit. I want to make sure I'm genuinely the right therapist for what you're navigating, and this is where we figure that out together.
Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?
Both. In-person sessions are held in Southport, CT. Virtual sessions are available throughout Connecticut, Vermont, and South Carolina.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. I review all messages personally.
What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?
