About
As a therapist with over a decade of experience, I have worked with a lot of clients just like you: insightful, motivated, curious - ready to break patterns and make choices for you, rather than letting anxiety lead the way.
I am dedicated to providing support and guidance to clients just like you who are navigating through anxiety and processing unresolved traumas (though you flinch at that word, trauma, unsure if what you've been through can really be called that because, after all, you got through it, right?).
My goal is to help you make sense of what's happening in your present by connecting to what's happened in your past, to help you gain insight into those unhelpful patterns that are keeping you stuck, and to quiet the anxious voice that's taken up residence in your mind, influencing every choice and move you make.

My Approach
In my practice, I create an empathetic environment where you can dig deep, ditch anxiety, and find your joy again by exploring your thoughts and emotions, and making connections you didn't realize were there before.
And I'll also challenge you. You know, when you're thinking the same old way or repeating that same old pattern that you know, and I know, leads to the same old place you know you don't want to be anymore.
I'll do it lovingly, though, I promise.
